Speaker Bio:
Gwen Kozak serves as the Director of Graduate Admission at Valparaiso University, where she leads strategic recruitment initiatives and oversees graduate enrollment efforts across more than 25 academic programs. A proud two-time Valpo alumna, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2019 and her MBA in 2021, providing a strong foundation for her work in higher education and enrollment management.
Gwen joined Valparaiso University’s professional staff in 2021 and has held progressively senior roles within Graduate Admissions. During this time, she played an integral role in guiding the office through its transition from the Graduate School to Graduate Admissions, helping to develop new recruitment strategies, communication plans, and student engagement initiatives.
In her current role, Gwen focuses on data-informed decision-making, cross-campus collaboration, and creating accessible, student-centered enrollment experiences. She is passionate about connecting prospective students with opportunities that align with their academic and professional goals while supporting the continued growth of graduate education at Valparaiso University.
