Since we care about the dignity of our campus critters, all squirrel names will be reviewed by our team of dedicated squirrel enthusiasts.🐿️ We reserve the right to decline any name that’s inappropriate, unkind, or otherwise un-squirrel-like. Please note that gifts are nonrefundable — so choose wisely! ✨

Yes! Your donation to Valparaiso University is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law (sadly, squirrels can’t give tax advice 🐿️💼). A confirmation receipt will scamper into your inbox for your records.
Now that you've named your squirrel, why not honor the sweet face you so kindly adopted?! Believe it or not, squirrels have their own holidays! From Squirrel Appreciation Day in January, to Nut Day in October, even a whole Squirrel Awareness Month.
🐿️ National Squirrel Appreciation Day (Jan. 21) — a day dedicated to recognizing the clever, bushy-tailed critters.
🌳 Arbor Day (last Friday in April) — trees mean acorns, and acorns mean very happy squirrels.
